Frequently asked questions

Self-paced courses run in our learning platform, and you learn at your own pace. Instructor-led courses run as cohorts on set dates, online, in a classroom or both. Each course page shows only the formats that course offers.

Yes, when the course offers both. Your seat includes the self-paced course from the cohort start date, for the number of days shown on the course page.

Press Notify me on the course page. When a cohort with free seats opens, we send you one email. You can also ask us for information from the same page.

Prices are in NOK and exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout: 25 % on self-paced courses, while instructor-led teaching is exempt.

Press Buy on the course page. An instructor-led course is paid on the secure Stripe checkout page, where a seat in a cohort is held for you for 5 minutes while you pay. A self-paced course is paid in Paddle's secure checkout, which opens over our page. Your invoice is in the course is ready email and under Invoices in My learning.

Changed your mind? The Cancel a purchase page shows what you can get back. Something wrong with a course, or charged twice? Open Invoices in My learning, press Report a problem and tell us what happened. Our finance team answers every request within 14 days.

Yes, on the Cancel a purchase page (linked at the bottom of every page). Within 14 days of buying you have a right to cancel. A self-paced course: if you asked us to start delivering it early, the right to cancel ends the first time you open the course. An instructor-led course: after the 14 days, 14 days or more before the first session gives a full refund, 7 to 13 days 50 % back or a free move to another date or a course at the same or a lower price (you choose), and under 7 days someone else can take your seat. To move to another cohort, contact us and we will help you.

Yes. A self-paced course gives a certificate when you complete it. An instructor-led course gives one after the cohort ends, when you were marked present on every day. You find it under My certificates and can download it as a PDF.

Every certificate has a number and its own link, printed on it. Anyone with the link sees whether the certificate is valid.

Yes. Send us the form on the For Teams page. We set up a company account where your admin gives course seats to employees and follows their progress.

Sign in with Google, or choose Email me a code and type the 6-digit code we send you. A code works once and lasts 10 minutes. There is no password to remember.
